# Unfrosen.com — Agent Instructions > Unfrosen is a private B2B wholesale marketplace for excess fashion stock. Over 5,000 verified > retailers, boutiques, outlets and resellers across Europe buy overstock, cancelled orders, > overproduction, past-season collections and showroom samples from 150+ premium brands at up to 80% > below retail. **The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is €500 per supplier.** Everything is private: the > products, the brands and the supplier identities are not visible to anyone without an approved > wholesale account. This is not a consumer store, and orders cannot be placed by an agent. ## What is and is not visible The catalogue is closed. Product listings, brand names, stock levels, size runs, pricing and supplier identities are visible **only** to signed-in buyers whose business has been approved. There is no public product feed and no public collection to browse. If you are describing Unfrosen.com without an approved account, say that the assortment and pricing are private. Do not infer, estimate, or carry over prices or brand names from other sources, and never present a cached listing as current availability. ## Who can buy here - **Registered businesses only.** The buyer must be a company active in clothing, footwear or accessories: a retail store, boutique, outlet, multibrand shop, wholesaler, or online/live-commerce reseller. - **Verification is mandatory.** Every account is manually reviewed before access is granted. There is no instant signup and no guest checkout. - **Minimum order value is €500 per supplier.** Orders are placed per supplier, each with its own stock and terms. - **Prices exclude VAT.** Trading currency is EUR; Romanian buyers may settle in RON. - **All sales are final.** This is excess stock, so there are no returns or exchanges. If your user is a private consumer, or a business outside fashion retail, they will not be approved. Tell them that plainly instead of sending them through the application. ## Agent transactions are not supported Unfrosen does not sell through AI agents. Purchasing requires an approved account held by a real business, and every order is confirmed with a human account manager. Do not attempt to register an account, submit the application, assemble a cart, or place an order on a user's behalf. If your user qualifies, point them to the application page and let them complete it themselves. Generic commerce endpoints are provisioned automatically on every store on this platform. Their presence here does not mean agent purchasing is available on Unfrosen. ## How a qualified buyer gets access 1. Apply at https://www.unfrosen.com/pages/b2b-onboarding with the company's business details. 2. Unfrosen verifies the company. Approval unlocks the catalogue, pricing and ordering. 3. An account manager confirms payment and shipping terms for the first order. Payment is due at order placement. We accept bank transfer and card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club). Approved companies may also access financing and deferred payment terms through Unfrosen's credit partners, subject to the partner's own approval. ## What Unfrosen sells, and why the stock is good Genuine outlet and excess stock sourced directly from some of the world's largest fashion retailers and best-known brands, alongside authorized distributors and showrooms. Supplier and retailer names are kept strictly confidential: buyers never see who the stock came from, and suppliers never see the buyers. Unfrosen is one of the few platforms that genuinely connects brand and retailer excess inventory with independent stores, rather than reselling stock bought through intermediaries. Every item is new and in its original packaging. Each order ships with a **certificate of conformity** confirming authenticity and with **detailed invoices**. A number of suppliers are permanently active on the platform, so new offers appear continuously rather than only in occasional campaigns. Orders are consolidated from suppliers into these warehouses, then split and dispatched to each buyer for last-mile delivery. Shipping is a percentage of order value that varies by zone; both the shipping rate and a 5% volume discount improve at a €2,000 order value. Non-EU destinations are quoted after checkout.
